Can a reverse block heal itself?

today i did the training dive for open water diver and on the way up it seems that i got a reverse block... i didnt notice at first becasue it was only 12 feet but now it is severely bothering me... will this fix itself, like through excess air excaping or will i have to go to a doctor?
