A question about historical revolutions...?

Some now fear that radical militant groups may takeover governments in Africa such as Egypt, Yemen and Libya. The majority of protestors are definitely not radical islamists. The protests in Tahrir square in Egypt did not even allow Islamic flags or signs. Therefore the radicals are definitely in the minority. Can you name one revolution in history where even though one group toppled a government, somehow another smaller group stole all the power?
