Is it still possible to be a commercial diver if you can't work on Saturdays for religious reasons?

This doesn't mean can't be overseas, this just means can't be working. The Seventh-day Adventist (Christian) Sabbath begins at sundown on Friday and ends at sundown on Saturday. Do employers give you those kinds of options? or is it pretty much you go when they tell you?
