Who supplied the Libyan Rebels with the heavy artillery, tanks, rocket launchers & side arms?

A chunk of the Libyan military, mostly some special forces, broke away early on and joined the rebels, taking their arms with them. They have had control of a couple of military depots in the Benghazi area since then. If you'd been paying attention the whole time you'd know that. Do your own search if you want links.
