Why isn't fox news attacking Those protesting the war? Like they did Iraq war protestors during Bush years?

Fox News. Particularly O'reilly, Famously said that Jimmy Carter wasn't doing any good by speaking out against the war, and said he should " Shut up" While the fighting is going on. During the Bush years , the entire network went after war protesters. Saying they should be quiet, and if they can't say anything positive, dont say anything at all. That they were insulting the Troops. Well, Michelle Bachmann and the GOP Are running an ad saying " Tell Obama your against his War in Libya" , Why isn't fox Supporting the Troops? Why don't they just " Shut up" Like they told Jimmy Carter - Oreilly, if they can't support the war. Do they only support the Troops if their being lead by a Republican president? I no longer hear O'reilly Saying protesters should " Shut up"?
