Are there any local teachers/classes/anything that teaches Photoshop & Illustrator?

I looked up tutorials; college campuses; etc but I want to learn it at a fast pace and because of budget cuts the classes are filled up and waitlisted. Does any nice people out there know if there's private teachers or tutors or anything that could help me out? Thanks so much!
