Circular Spring Replacement for watches?

I am looking to find circular spring replacement for my Invicta 8926 Pro diver. This is a small ring that is under the bezel in common divers such as the rolex, and other similar models. Mine came off and i lost it so my bezel is VERY loose! I've look everywhere for this part! anyone know of something?
