Do the Marines have combat divers?

The army has a combat diver unit where army rangers or green beres can go and become combat divers. this was also previewed on Surviving the Cut. Does the Marine Corps have a similar unit? If possible please provide a link to a page I could read up on and also please know that this is not something to say that one branch is better than the other. i just want to know if there is a similar combat diver unit in the Marines.
