Do You Think the US Should Stay out of Foreign Affairs (Regarding Libya)?

It not a simple question. In general I feel we should not intervene, but if we are talking genocide then we (and the rest of the united nations) should step in. Like we didn't in Rwanda. Libya is a tough call.
