I downloaded a moddedxbox 360 oblivion save off the internet, how do i upload it to my 360? Please help?

Im on a mac. There are lots of tutorials for windows, if anyone at all can help i would be hugely grateful because i have been looking for 3 months now. still no result :( Thank you
