Some one please help with quadratics funtions!!?

The path of a diver in the water can be modeled by the funtion y= 0.16x^2-3.2x , where x is the horizontal distance in feet that the diver travels and y is the depth in feet of the diver... If some one could please just break it down in numbers, but i already found the vertex (-16) i just dont know how to break it down for this poster i have to do on it... I would soooo appreciate if some one could help me out! oh, and also what the y-intercepts(roots) are in the situation.. my mind whent totally blank..
