Where to Islamic protestors get all of their American flags?

You pretty much always see a few burning everyday over there. Where do they get all of these flags if they can't even get a t-shirt without walking 50 miles? It seems like every extreme Islamist has a backup stash of 50 flags just in-case he/she needs to protest that day.
