Navy enlisting problem?

im enlisting in the fall as a diver the only problem is i dont think im physically adequate for the job. i was hoping had any workout tips to get up to par. Best fitness is 500 yd swim and 1.5 ml run both in 10 min. 80+ pushups and situps and 15+ pull ups. I really need help with this. Any plans or tips would be useful
